Delicious Breakfast with Niter Kebbeh Ghee

INGREDIENTS: 1 TBSP Niter Kibbeh Ghee ½ red beet, sliced ½ onion, sliced Sea salt to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Melt 1 TBSP Niter Kibbeh Ghee in frying pan, then add in your veggies. 2) Make sure all veggies get coated with ghee, and allow veggies to saute for about 12 minutes. 3) Season with salt, and add to your omelet if you wish, or on another meal. Prep Time: 2 minutes Cook Time: 12 minutes Serves: 1-2
