INGREDIENTS: 1 tbsp. Indian Spiced Ghee 1 tsp. Indian spices 1 tsp. sea salt 1 8-ounce wild-caught salmon filet INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Heat a skillet to medium heat. 2) Place Pure Indian Foods’ Indian Spiced Ghee in the skillet and allow it to heat up. 3) Add in salmon filet with skin side down – it should sizzle a bit. 4) Sprinkle liberally with sea salt to taste. 5) Sprinkle on your Indian spices (turmeric, garlic and dry mustard). 6) When the skin on the salmon begins to release from the pan (2-3 minutes), it is time to turn it over. 7) Once flipped, you can add a lid to your pan for the last few minutes to allow it to finish cooking.
