Herbs De Provence Wild Salmon & Veggies

INGREDIENTS: 2 cups baby spinach 8 grape tomatoes 1 TBSP Herbs de Provence Ghee (divided) 6 oz wild salmon Sea salt & ground black pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Melt ½ TBSP Herbs de Provence Ghee in frying pan, then add in your baby spinach and grape tomatoes. Saute, about 5 minutes. 2) Begin melting the other ½ TBSP Herbs de Provence Ghee in another frying pan (before the veggies are complete), and begin cooking your wild salmon. 3) Season all with sea salt & black pepper. 4) Flip your wild salmon after a few minutes, and then cook to your liking. 5) Plate your veggies, and serve wild salmon on top. Prep Time: 1 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Serves: 1
