Garlic Ghee Bell Pepper Omelet
INGREDIENTS: 2 eggs 1 TBSP Garlic Ghee (divided) 1/3 bell pepper, sliced 1/8 cup crumbled goat cheese Sea salt & ground black pepper to taste 1 avocado, sliced INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Melt ½ TBSP Garlic Ghee in frying pan, then add in your sliced bell pepper. 2) Allow bell pepper to soften, about 5 minutes. 3) Add in your whisked eggs, and allow to cook, about 3 minutes. 4) Flip, cook the other side, and top with goat cheese. 5) Season with salt and pepper, plate and add avocado slices.
