Easy Paleo Diet Recipe: Baked Cinnamon Fennel & Pears Made With Cultured Grass-Fed Ghee
In this video Dan and Rachel will walk you through a delightfully nourishing paleo dish of baked pears, fennel and the nutrient-rich flavor of grass-fed ghee. INGREDIENTS: 1 large fennel bulb, sliced into ¼” pieces, fronds discarded (or saved for your juicer!) 2 large pears, cored and sliced into ¼” pieces 2 Tbsp Pure Indian Foods Grass-fed Organic Cultured Ghee ¼ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp sea salt ¼ tsp ground black pepper INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Pre-heat oven to 350F. 2) Place prepared fennel and pears onto baking sheet. 3) Drizzle with ghee and sprinkle with cinnamon, salt and pepper. 4) Mix until everything is evenly distributed and place in the oven for 20-25 mins. Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 20-25 minutes Serves: 1-2
