INGREDIENTS: 1 Tbsp PRIMALFAT® Coconut Ghee ½ cup onions chopped 2 large carrots chopped 3 large Swiss chard leaves INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Heat a skillet to medium heat. 2) Place PRIMALFAT® ghee in pan. 3) Add in chopped carrots and onions and let cook. 4) Remove stems from Swiss chard, chop stems (bright red). 5) Throw in stems with onions and carrots place lid on pan, stirring occasionally. 6) Roughly cut greens of Swiss chard and add in when veggies are nearly fork-tender. 7) Sprinkle with salt, add a bit more ghee to taste, and you’re done!
